术后指导对胃肠道间质瘤患者服用伊马替尼依的作用
The Influence of Nurse-Oriented Postoperative Guidance on the Compliance and Side-Effect of Imatinib in Patients with Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumor

Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of nurse-oriented telephone follow-up on the compliance and side-effects of Imatinib in postoperative gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) patients Methods Sixty moderate and high risk GIST patients were divided into postoperative guidance group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases) randomly. Patients in control group received routine nursing care. Through telephone follow-up, patients in postoperative guidance group received medication guidance. The compliance and incidence rate of side-effects between the two groups were com-pared in 4 weeks and 8 weeks after hospital discharge. Results The rate of treatment discontinuation in post-operative guidance group are significant lower than that in the control group(10.71% vs 33.33%, P=0.042;14.28% vs 40.74%,P=0.028). The incidence rate of general reaction (50.00%), gastrointestinal reaction (39.29%) and influence of blood system (17.86%) in postoperative guidance group are significantly lower than that in the control group(77.78%, 66.67% and 44.44%, respectively, P<0.05) by 4 weeks. The incidence rate of general reaction (21.43%), gastrointestinal reaction (14.29%) and influence of blood system (7.14%) in postop-erative guidance group are also significantly lower than that in the control group(48.14%,40.74% and 29.63%, respectively, P<0.05) by 8 weeks after taking Imatinib. Conclusion Telephone follow-up could improve the compliance of taking Imatinib for GIST patients after operation and reduce the incidence of side-effect.关键词
