Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effectiveness for treatment of traumatic fractures by cervus and cucumis polypeptide injection. Methods Total 120 patients with traumatic fractures were selected and divided into the study group and the control group according to the order of admission, with 60 cases in each group. Both groups were given open reduction and internal fixation, and functional recovery training after the treatment. The study group was additionally given cervus and cucumis polypeptide injection. The fracture heal-ing time, and functional recovery of the two groups were compared. Results The time of swelling of the study group was(14.5±3.8)d, and the pain extinction time was (17.8±4.7) d, which were both significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The wound healing time of the ulna, humerus, femur, tibia, fibula and ankle fracture in the study group were all significantly shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05). The score of callus formation in the study group at the 14th and 28th day after the surgery were significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05). The levels of IL-6, IL-18 and TGF-β in the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group at 7th day after the treatment, and the BAP was significantly higher than that of the control group. The excellent rate of the limb function in the study group was 78.33% in the postoperative 6 months, and was significantly higher than that of the control group (78.33%,P<0.05).The compression rate of anterior vertebral height and posterior edge of the vertebral in the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The cervus and cucumis polypeptide injection has positive clinical effectiveness in the treatment of traumatic fractures.关键词
