摘要

Abstract

Objective To establish a quality control method and provide a reference basis on the quality control of Honeysuckle Formula Granules through the means of High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer(FTIR). Methods Honeysuckle Formula Granules from different pharmaceutical companies were scanned by FTIR, and the contents of chlorogenic acid was determined by HPLC. Comparing the infrared spectrogram with the contrast medicinal materials and research the same peak position and peak intensity of absorption peak among them. Results In the range of 0.008~0.04 g/L , the peak area and the concentration of chlorogenic acid had a good linear, r=0.9998. In Honeysuckle Formula Granules from 6 manufacturers namely A, B, C, D, E, F, the content of chlorogenic acid were 4.00%, 3.98%, 2.81%, 3.98%, 2.62% and 2.23%, respectively. The IR spectra of Honeysuckle Granules of six different produc-ers were different, because of using different excipients, mainly starch and sucrose;the peak indicators of Honey-suckle Formula Granules is 1692 cm-1, 1606 cm-1, 1522 cm-1, 817 cm-1 and 602 cm-1. Conclusion The con-tent of chlorogenic acid and the height of the peak exist differences in Honeysuckle Formula Granules from dif-ferent enterprises. Detecting the varieties and proportion of materials added in Honeysuckle Formula Granules by FTIR could eliminate the interference of auxiliary materials to the quality control method.
