鰤鱼诺卡氏菌与绛红色诺卡氏菌的融合菌研究
Study on Protoplasts fusion of Nocardia seriolae and N. purpurea

Abstract
Nocardia seriolae, the main pathogen of fish nocardiosis, and N. purpurea, a non-toxic Nocardia sp. isolated from soil, were selected as parent strains for protoplast fusion.The fusion strains were identified by colony morphology, Gram staining and 16s rRNA sequencing. Then the virulence test and immune protective effects of the fusion strains were evaluated by the zebrafish model.The results showed that the fusant was Gram-positive nocardia bacteria, and its colony morphology was different from the parent strains. The virulence of fusant decreased 70% compared with wild strains N. seriolae ZJ0503 and the immune protection rate of fusant is about 50%.关键词
