大肠癌组织与癌旁正常组织基因差异表达图谱及信号通路研究
Differentially expressed genes in colorectal cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues

Abstract
Objective To screen the differentially expressed genes in human colorectal cancer (CRC) tissue.Methods NimbleGen gene expression array information were used to detect the gene expressions of CRC tissue paired with normal colorectal tissue.The microarray findings were confirmed by real-time quantitative reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR).The results were analyzed by bioinformatic technique.Results Compared with normal tissues,a total of 5042genes with more than 2-fold differential expression were detected in CRC tissues,of which 3399 genes were up-regulated and1643 genes were down-regulated.These genes involved multiple signaling pathways.Conclusion The results may provide experimental basis to seek for molecular markers and to investigate the molecular mechanism of colorectal cancer.关键词
