Abstract
In order to improve the slab quality, some of casting billet caster put to use dynamic soft pressure technology.As a result of using withdrawal-straightening machine with convex roller, dummy bar chain and the upper roll was easy to scratch each other because of extruding, and to skid while inserting dummy bar.This paper presented a new dummy bar chain.The chain adopted Y type structure, and there was a decrease in scratch accidents.The pin roll was connected with the dummy bar chain through a shaft sleeve.The sleeve adopted self lubrication bearing, and there was a decrease in skid accidents.关键词
