Abstract
Described in the article is the automatic technology control processing of the on-line degreasing line for the new-type seamless pipes.The degreasing production line is adopted automatic production mode, greatly reducing the labor hours, abandoning the traditional stainless steel pickling process, improving the steel excessive corrosion problem to a certain extent, and largely reducing the impact on the environment, which meets the requirements of industrial automation.The device is combined with the external and internal degreasing, controlled by the 300PLC and 200PLC for the full-degreasing line with the characteristics of clear interface, with simple operation and convenient maintenance, which has a certain reference value for the construction planning of the present pipes degreasing-lines and automation design.关键词
