风力发电机轴承接触特性研究
Research on characteristics of wind turbine ball bearing
摘要
Abstract
According to the internal structure of the wind turbine and the special characteristics of its bearing, the structure of 10 kW wind power generator is selected in this paper.The bearing 3D model was built according to the parameters of 6311 deep groove ball bearing with the reasonable setting of the boundary conditions, the contact stress and the deformation were simulation calculated by using the finite element method, the change of equivalent stress and strain, radial deformation and contact stress were obtained between overall deep groove ball bearings and single rolling body and the inner or outer raceways.Furthermore, the results show that solving the bearing contact problem with FEM is feasible and it coincides with the stress and deformation of the actual situation, and it can offer guidance for the design and debug of wind turbine bearing.关键词
