Abstract
This paper researches leakage characteristics of non-circular gear hydraulic motor based on the fluid dynamics.According to the structural characteristics of non-circular gear hydraulic motor, the calculation formula of leakage around and interstitial fluid power loss were derived through analyzing the internal leakage ways.Based on the principle of the minimum total power losses of non-circular gear hydraulic motor, the optimal solution of clearance is obtained, which provide theoretical support for the subsequent design and manufacture of non circular gear motors.关键词
