Abstract
This paper puts forward the concept of volume access control, it is based on the experiment of the powder metallurgy hydraulic press stroke control, which could over less dimensional accuracy.A PLC stepping motor is the drive, the auxiliary hydraulic cylinder of the precision auxiliary control unit is connected in parallel with the main hydraulic cylinder, it cut down the main oil passage to form a closed volume between the auxiliary and the main cylinder.Based on the accurate control, it could reach the control precision of 0.001 mm.关键词
