摘要

Abstract

Objective:To study Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis seedling photosynthesis-light response characteristics,and to screen AM fungi that was appropriate to the growth for Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis,in order to provide a theoretical basis and technical support for the introduction of artificial cultivation and domestication.Methods:The potted inoculation test at room temperature and indoor analysis were used.Take one-year-old Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis seedling as test materials with consistent growing,and no vaccination for the control group (CK group),to observe physiological characteristics effects of six kinds of arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi as Gigaspora decipiens,Gigaspora gigantea,Scutellospora dipurpurascens,Racocetra fulgida,Septoglomus deserticola,Acaulospora scrobiculata influenced on Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis seedling.Results:Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis can quickly identify each other with AM fungi,forming a good symbiotic relationship.The net photosynthetic rate (Pn),transpiration efficiency (Tr),stomatal conductance(Gs),stomatal limitation value (Ls) of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis seedling with vaccinated and unvaccinated AM fungi gradually increased with photosynthetically active radiation (PAR) enhanced,and intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci) were reduced with the increasing of PAR and Pn.Compared with the control group (CK group),after AM fungi induction treatment,there was little effect on Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis seedling growth and development,but there were some differences of photosynthetic physiology impact among different AM fungi.Overall,after AM fungi invaded Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis seedling roots and formed symbiont,it can increase the maximum net photosynthetic rate(Pnmax) and light saturation point(LSP),and reduce dark respiration rate (Rd)and light compensation point(LCP) on a degree,thereby enhanced the ability of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis seedling to adapt light environment,improved the ability of photosynthesis,and was conducive to the growth.Conclusion:Six kinds of AM fungi on the symbiotic preference for Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis seedling is different.Considering of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis seedling growth,photosynthetic pigment content and photosynthetic characteristics,Scutellospora dipurpurascens and Septoglomus deserticola are the most suitable alternative strains for nurturing Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis seedling under the experimental condition.
