帽蕊木茎皮三萜类化学成分研究
Triterpenes from the Stem Bark of Mitragyna rotundifolia
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the stem bark of Mitragyna rotundifolia.Methods:Compounds were isolated and purified by various chromatographical methods,including silica gel column,ODS column,Sephadex LH-20 and RP-HPLC chromatography.Their structures were elucidated by 1H-NMR,13C-NMR and MS spectral methods.Results:Eight triterpenes were isolated and identified as (3β)-3-(β-D-quinovopyranosyloxy)pyrocincholic acidβ-D-glucopyranosyl ester (1),3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-quinovic acid (2),quinovic acid (3),3-O-β-6-deoxyglucopyranosyl-quinovic acid 28-O-β-glucopyranosyl ester (4),3-O-β-6-deoxygluco-pyranosyl-cincholic acid 28-O-β-glucopyranosyl ester (5),3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-pyrocincholate (6) 、3β,19α-dihydroxy-6-oxo-olean-12-en-28-oic acid(7) and 6β,19α-dihydroxy-3-oxo-24-norurs-12-en-28-oic acid (8),respectively.Conclusion:Compounds 1,5 ～ 8 are obtained from this genus for the first time,compounds 1,5 ～8 are isolated from this plant for the first time.关键词
