番石榴叶化学成分的研究
Chemical Constituents from Psidium guajava Leaves
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the chemical constituents in the leaves of Psidium guajava.Methods:The constituents were extracted with 95 ％ EtOH,partitioned with different solvents,and then isolated and purified by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20.The structures were elucidated by physicochemical properties and spectroscopic data.Results:Ten compounds were isolated and identified as erythrodiol(1),20β,28-epoxy-28α-methoxytaraxasteran-3β-ol(2),ursolaldehyde(3),urs-12-en-28-ol(4),uvaol(5),eupatoric acid(6),pheophorbide α-methyl ester(7),ursolic acid (8),oleanolic acid (9) andβ-sitosterol (10).Conclusion:Compounds 1 ～ 4,6,7 are isolated from this plant for the first time.关键词
