Optimization of Ultrafine Grinding Technology for Mylabris phalerata by Box-Behnken Design-Response Surface Methodology

Abstract
Objective:To optimize ultrafine grinding process of Mylabris phalerata.Methods:The Box-Behnken design-response surface methodology was adopted to optimize ultrafine grinding process of Mylabris phalerata with moisture content,grinding time and medium as investigate factors,the overall desirability(OD) of cantharidin content and powder particle size Dg0 as indexes,and the cantharidin content before and after smashed was investigated.Results:The optimization ultrafine grinding process was as follows,the moisture content was 6%,rinding time was 17 min,medium was 70%;the cantharidin content before and after were 0.3905%,0.4885%,respectively.Conclusion:This optimized ultrafine grinding process proves to be reasonable and good predictability by Box-Behnken design-response surface methodology and the overall desirability,and it can provides reference for grinding process of Mylabris phalerata.关键词
