Protective Effect of n-Butanol Fraction from Tibetan Medicine Brag-zhun on Liver Injury in Mice Induced by Concanavalin A
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the protective effect and mechanism of n-butanol fraction from Tibetan medicine Brag-zhun on liver injury in mice which induced by Concanavalin A.Methods:The experimental mice were injected with Concanavalin A via the tail vein to establish the liver injury model.Serum ALT,AST,TNF-α and IFN-γ content were detected.Liver tissue SOD,MDA,Caspase-3 and Caspase-8 activities were measured.The pathological changes were detected by HE staining.Results:n-Butanol fraction from Tibet-an medicine Brag-zhun reduced the activities of ALT,AST,TNF-α,IFN-γ in serum,and hepatic MDA content,the Caspase-3 and Caspase-8 activities of liver tissues were decreased,hepatic SOD activity were increased,and alleviated the pathological injury of liver tissue which induced by Concanavalin A.Conclusion:n-Butanol fraction from Tibetan medicine Brag-zhun shows the protective effect on liver injury,which may be related to the inhibiting the release of inflammatory factors ability,antioxidative ability and anti-liver apoptosis.关键词
