摘要

Abstract

It takes the aluminum alloy bolster of bogie as the study object in this paper.The fatigue life of main welds in bolster was evaluated based on Miner linear cumulative damage theory and NASA small load S-N curve extension method.Calculated work conditions were obtained from measured data in field tests,and fatigue test scheme for bolster was designed.Then measurements of optimizing the thickness of joint stiffeners and minimizing stress concentration were taken in areas that failed to pass the fatigue test.Finally it is verified that the new aluminum alloy bolster of bogie can meet the demand of fatigue life after improvement.
