摘要

Abstract

The longitudinal load of coupler is critical to the reliable design and safe operation of the heavy haul railway freight trains.This paper analyzes four kinds of longitudinal load spectrums of heavy haul train couplers in terms of occurrence frequency of large load per kilometer and fatigue life estimation of coupler components.The universality of longitudinal load spectrum is discussed for various marshalling modes,axle loads and load capacities.The results show that the longitudinal load soectrum can be universalized by the conversion with load capacity and axle load.
