Model and nonlinear characteristic of the overrunning clutch-single planetary gear train system
摘要
Abstract
By taking clearance,time-varying meshing stiffness and synthetical transmission error into account,a nonlinear dynamic model of the overrunning clutch-single planetary gear train system (OC-SPGTS) was established,and comprehensive performance indexes were designed to evaluate the performance of the system.The complicated bifurcation roads of the system under different vibration frequencies,which comprise period doubling bifurcation,quasi-periodic bifurcation and intermittency bifurcation,were revealed by analyzing bifurcation and chaos characteristics of the system,and the complexity states of nonlinear dynamic behaviors of the system were concluded.Finally,influences of different clutch parameters on performance indexes of OC-SPGTS have been summarized,which provided a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of OC-SPGTS.关键词
