糖尿病视网膜病变分级与其中医证候要素分布规律的探讨OACSTPCD

目的 探讨糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)分级与其中医证候要素的分布规律.方法 采取回顾性研究方法,将412例糖尿病患者按照DR国际临床分级标准进行分级,观察患者中医证候要素分布情况,分析中医证候要素与DR分级之间的关系.比较气虚证、燥热证、血瘀证、肝虚证、阴虚证、气郁证、阳虚证、脾气虚证、痰湿证、肾虚证在DR各级之间的分布情况.结果 出现较多的前10个中医证候要素为气虚证、燥热证、血瘀证、肝虚证、阴虚证、气郁证、阳虚证、脾气虚证、痰湿证、肾虚证.气虚证…查看全部>>
