自拟消斑汤经验方与逍遥丸内服辨治肝气郁结型黄褐斑的临床效果随机对照研究
A Randomized Controlled Study on the Clinical Efficacy of Treating Syndrome of Liver-Qi Stagnation Melisma Patients with Xiaoban Decoction and Xiaoyao Pill

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of treating syndrome of liver-qi stagnation melisma patients with xiaoban decoction and xiaoyao pill.Methods:172 patients were randomly divided into a control group of 86 cases and an observation group of 86 cases.Two groups of patients were given cream for external use,Patients in the control group were treated with xiaoyao pill,while patients in the observation group were treated with xiaoban decoction,2 weeks for a course,4 courses for treatment.The study was aimed at comparing the effectiveness,evaluating the patients' lesion area and color,monitoring the levels change of P,LPO and CAT,and evaluating the improvement of quality of life with DLQI.Results:The efficiency of patients in the observation group was 87.2％,which was higher than that of the control group 73.3％ (x2 =5.279,P ＜ 0.05);The skin lesion score of patients in the observation group was (1.77 ±0.53),which was lower than that of the control group (2.56 ±0.74),and the drop index (0.53 ± 0.24) was higher than that of the control group (0.40 ± 0.21) (P ＜ 0.05);The P and LPO levels of the patients in the observation group were lower than that of the control group after treatment,while the CAT level was higher than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The improvement of quality of life the patients in the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the DLQI scores were lower than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Treating syndrome of liver-qi stagnation melisma patients with xiaoban decoction has good effect,and the clinical efficacy is better than that of the xiaoyao pill.It is good for skin lesions of fading and improving the patient's quality of life.The mechanism may be associated with regulating the levels of P,LPO and CAT,is worthy of clinical research and use.关键词
