子午流注纳子法穴位注射对糖尿病周围神经病变患者焦虑和生活质量的影响

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the change of anxiety and quality indicators in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy,reseached the effect of midnight-noon ebb-flow of acupiont injection on above-mentioned indicators.Methods:70 patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,35 patients in the control group.The two group used Cobamamide,the experimental group used midnight-noon ebb-flow of acupiont injection,according to take acupoint by evidence on time,taked acupiont injection from 7am to 9am,the control group used acupiont injection,all course of 4 weeks.After four weeks,giving two groups of patients used the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and quality of life scale for patients with diabetes mellitus to evaluate the patients' anxiety and the quality of life.Results:After intervention,SAS score of the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group,DMQLS score of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,by statistical analysis,significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:midnight-noon ebb-flow of acupiont injection can effectively reduce DPN patients' anxiety,and improve their quality of life,there is a possible link with improve the nerve conduction velocity and the patients' clinical symptoms.关键词
