中医解毒散结扶正法与调强放疗相结合治疗鼻咽癌临床疗效研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To combine traditional Chinese and western medicine is the traditional Chinese medicine of invigorating vital essence and detoxification fights intensity-modulated radiotherapy combined with the clinical efficacy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC).Methods:From January 2014 to December 2015 in the hospital of 58 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma,29 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group in 29 cases.Intensity modulated radiation therapy (imrt) in the control group given:GTVnx and GTVnd dose is 68-72-Gy,72-70,CTV1 and CTV2 doses respectively for 60-64 Gy and 50-54 Gy.All of the patients using segmentation ZhaoSheFa,five times a week,a total of six to eight weeks.Observation group of intensity modulated radiation therapy (imrt) used at the same time combined with method of invigorating vital essence treatment:the motherland medicine detoxification fights intensity-modulated therapy with the control group,radiation medicine medicinal broth,at the same time during the day to pay,sooner or later points.Results:After treatment,compared two groups of clinical total effective rate and adverse reaction in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC).Treatment the total effective rate was 93.1％ observation group was obviously higher than that of control group 77.8％ (P ＜0.05);The observation group was significantly lower than control group the incidence of adverse reaction (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine of invigorating vital essence joint detoxification fights intensity-modulated radiation therapy can improve the clinical treatment of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) efficiently,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reaction.关键词
