Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of fluoxetine combined with eye acupuncture on neurological function,blood glucose and PSGL-1 levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction,and to analyze the relationship between neurological function,blood glucose and PSGL-1 level.Methods:Cases were to self hospital treatment of 153 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients,according to the principle of random control group,72 cases of the control group with conventional treatment on the basis of the use of fluoxetine in the treatment of intervention,81 cases in the study group in the conventional treatment based on by fluoxetine combined ocular acupuncture therapy.According to the clinical effect of PSGL-1,HbA1c,FPG and NIHSS before and after treatment,the correlation between PSGL-1,HbA1c,FPG and NIHSS score were compared.Results:The effective rate of control group was 84.72％ lower than that of the study group (P ＞0.05);The two groups of patients before and after treatment PSGL-1,FPG,HbA1c levels and NIHSS scores were significantly lower (P ＜ 0.01),the study group after treatment NIHSS score lower than the control group (P ＜ 0.05),and all patients were treated with FPG,HbA1c,HbA1c and NIHSS score improved significantly (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion:The effect of eye acupuncture on reducing blood glucose level was not significant,and the improvement of nerve function was related to the improvement of nerve function.关键词
