Abstract

Objective:To summarize and analyze of the law of acupoints selection for female reproductive system diseases treatment with acupuncture via the modern statistical and data mining method.Methods:The clinical literature of female reproductive system diseases treated by acupuncutre in recent 10 years is collected from China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI).The excel software is employed to establish the acupuncture point database.Spass 17.0 and Clementine 12.0 is used to analyse the frequency of the data,the association rule analysis and clustering analysis.Results:Included in the analysis of 186 articles involved acupoints in 165,which mainly belonged to ren meridian (21.61%) and bladder meridian (18.32%).The Sanyinjiao point has the highest frequency in the selected points,followed by Guanyuan point and Zusanli point.The analysis of association rules shows the most relevant of points is Sanyinjiao-Taichong-Guanyuan.Clustering analysis results show that there are 4 core acupuncture point groups and syndrome differentiation in acupuncture points,and the key points.Conclusion:Pure acupuncture in the treatment of diseases of the female reproductive system is given priority to the acupuncture points on the ren meridian and sbladder meridian,and preferred to choose Sanyinjiao,Guanyuan,Zusanli,Taichong and Qihai in prescription compatibility.
