Abstract
Cathode material LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 was synthesized by high temperature solid method and coated with aluminium oxide(Al2O3).The crystal structure,morphology of material were analyzed by XRD,SEM,the electrochemical performance of material was tested by galvanostatic charge/discharge and cyclic voltammetry.The cathode material LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 coated with Al2O3 had the typical structure of hexagonal α-NaFeO2 type,which belonged to the R-3m space group.The electrochemical performance of the material was best when the mass fraction of Al2O3 coating was 1%.When cycled in 2.5 ~ 4.3 V with 0.2 C,its initial specific discharge capacity reached up to 145.7 mAh/g,the capacity retention was 94.0% after 30 cycles,the specific discharge capacity was improved by 6.3% compared with the bare sample in the same condition.关键词
