钠离子电池用SnSb合金/碳材料的性能
Performance of SnSb alloy/carbon material for sodium-ion battery
摘要
Abstract
SnSb alloy/carbon (SnSb/MCMB/C) composites for anode of sodium-ion battery were fabricated by ball milling and pyrolysis carbon-source method,SnSb was used as the main material,mesocarbon microbeads (MCMB) and phenolic resin as carbon source.XRD and SEM tests were used for phase structure and morphological analysis of the material,the electrochemical performance of the materials was analyzed by cyclic voltammetry and galvanostatic charge-discharge tests.The agglomeration and volume expansion could be alleviated by SnSb/MCMB/C composite structue.The cycle stability and rate capability of the material were improved,delivering an initial specific discharge capacity of 590 mAh/g with Coulombic efficiency of 60% and retaining the capacity of 322 mAh/g at the 100th cycle at the current of 100 mA/g when charged-discharged in 0.01 ~ 2.50 V.关键词
