摘要

Abstract

Copper doped lithium titanate(Li4Ti5O12) nano particles were prepared by sol-gel method.The structure,morphology and electrochemical performance of the sample were tested by XRD,SEM,galvanostatic charge-discharge and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).The particles modified by copper doping had high crystallinity and good dispersion,the particle was reduced.When the sample Li3.90Cu0.10Ti5O12 was cycled in 1.0 ~2.5 V,its specific capacity was 172.31 mAh/g and 133.42 mAh/g at 0.1 C and 5.0 C,respectively.Copper doping minimized the charge transfer impedance of Li3.90Cu0.10Ti5O12 to 15.69 Ω.
