Aging analysis of Li-ion battery based on relation of resistance-capacity

Abstract
The effect degree of seven factors such as galvanostatic charging current (i1),cut-off voltage of charge (U1),environment temperature(θ),potentiostatic charging time (t1),cut-off voltage of discharge (U2),galvanostatic discharging current (i2) and potentiostatic discharging time(t2) on the aging rate of Li-ion battery was studied by using orthogonal design of experiments under galvanostatic potentiostatic (CCCV) charge-discharge protocol:i1 > U1 > θ ≈ t2 > U2 > i2 > t1.A method based on the relation between resistance and capacity was proposed to study battery aging behavior.Battery aging mechanisms were studied by the method of differential voltage analysis(DVA).Battery aging mechanism was mainly affected by i1,U1 and θ.The three dimensional space (i1,U1,θ) was built to predict battery aging mode,its applicability was validated using nine independent tests.关键词
