摘要

Abstract

The regulation of gelling time was discussed on preparation technology,gelator content,temperature effect and hybrid colloidal electrolyte.The gelling time could be prolonged by using the sol and acid mixing technology,with decreasing size,the gelling time increased.As the vacuum system,the fumed silica content should be less than 3.5 %.The gelling time also could be prolonged in lower temperature,which required precooling sulfuric acid and reducing sulfuric acid concentration in preparation process.The gelling time was prolonged and the performance of gel batteries was improved by using the formulation of hybrid colloidal electrolyte which mixed fumed silica with sol silica.
