摘要

Abstract

Discharge,pyrolysis,crushing,sorting and hydrometallurgy were mainly included in the recycle process of spent power LiNixCoyMnz O2 Li-ion battery.The high-value nickel and cobalt product was obtained.In order to reduce the preparation process of LiNix Coy MnzO2,it was researched that of LiNix Coy Mnz O2 precursor was prepared by coprecipitation of hydrometallurgical nickelcobalt-manganese solution.For the large volume of waste lithium ferrous phosphate(LiFePO4) battery recovery,on the one hand,it was a difficult problem to develop the automated dismantling,sorting methods and equipment to recycle and treat the spent batteries;on the other hand,the focus of the research how to regenerate the LiFePO4 and lithium carbonate (Li2 CO3) materials from the cathode material of the scrapped battery.
