单相无桥Cuk功率因数校正器分析与设计
Analysis and design of single-phase bridgeless Cuk power factor correction
摘要
Abstract
According to the duality principle of inductance and capacitance,a bridgeless single-phase ac-dc PFC rectifier based on Cuk topology operating in discontinuous capacitor voltage mode (DCVM) is studied in this paper.Firstly,the steady-state analysis of converter and its realization condition of DCVM mode are introduced,and then,the theoretical basis of the corresponding parameters design are given,finally,the circuit performance with PSIM is verified.The simulation results show that Cuk converter operating in DCVM has low switch current stress,low input current total harmonic distortion (THD) and zero-voltage turn-off in the power switches,zero-voltage turn-on in the output diode properties.关键词
