摘要

Abstract

Analytical models are widely used in analysis and designing of many permanent magnet or eddy-current-based appliances by providing more mechanistic solutions.According to the equivalent magnetic circuit method,this paper established the analytical model of the disk type eddy-current driver.Magnetic flux leakage and magnetic conductivity of each part of disk type eddy-current driver were calculated firstly.Then the transmit torque was calculated,and the relationship between the torque and the parameters was carried out.The results after 3D corrections were compared with the results of finite element method and experimental data.FE results and experimental results verify the analytical model.It is meaningful for the modeling and its optimization of the disk type eddy-current driver.
