一种考虑催化层结构参数的PEMFC气相模型
Model of proton exchange membrane fuel cell with parameters of catalyst layer
摘要
Abstract
Proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) is the key to the designs of fuel cell vehicles.The catalyst layer is usually considered as a thin film and used as boundary conditions of control equations in most of PEMFC models.A one-dimension gas model of PEMFC with the structure parameters of the catalyst layer was provided.The simulate results fit well with experimental data.The analysis results show that the porosity of gas diffusion layer should be large than 0.3,the porosity of catalyst layer has minor effect on the performance of fuel cell,and the thickness of catalytic layer should be 10-20 μm.关键词
