Abstract
In this paper,vertically aligned TiO2 nanorod arrays were prepared on the FTO by a hydrothermal method.By the chemical bath deposition (CBD) method,the Sb23 nanoparticles were deposited on the surface of TiO2 nanorod array to form the shell-core Sb2S3/TiO2anoarrays structure.Different Sb2S3 nanoparticles shell thickness could be obtained by adjusting the deposition time of Sb2S3 nanoparticles.The morphology,crystal structure and composition of the samples were determined and analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD) and energy dispersive-ray spectroscopy(EDS).The energy conversion efficiency up to 1.15% was obtained with the nanostructure hybrid solar cell based on the P3HT/Sb2S3 (3 h)/TiO2nanoarray.关键词
