摘要

Abstract

To satisfy the high reliability requirement of the battery charge regulator of satellite power systems,a robust design and analysis method was proposed.First,a controller with outer voltage loop and inner current loop was designed based on the BCR mathematic model.Then,a BCR simulation model was established in the Saber software,and the system performance with nominal design was obtained.Furthermore,considering temperature drifts and component aging,the sensitivity analysis,stress analysis,parametric analysis and worst case circuit analysis were presented.The results show that the design main bus voltage and component derating meet the system requirement.The reliability of system under space environments is ensured.
