摘要

Abstract

When self-elastic contact finger used in the high voltage isolating switch has been worked several times, it may be broken suddenly,which is called fatigue failure.Solidworks and Ansys Workbench were used to analyze the fatigue strength of rectangular contact finger and the type of "W" , which are used in isolating switch.Goodman adoption curve and Palmgren-Miner linear cumulative damage theory were used to analyze the contact fatigue life under the condition of constant amplitude and proportional loading.The results show that the both types meet the opening and closing requirements of more than 3 000 times.
