功率型电磁继电器热特性计算方法研究
Research on Thermal Characteristic Calculation Method of Power Type Electromagnetic Relay

Abstract
The heating characteristic analysis of the power type relay is one of the important contents of its reliability design.As the volume of the power relay tends to be smaller, the quantity of heat generated during the operation of the relay is increased, which affects the performance of the relay.To solve the problem of the complex structure of the relay and the low efficiency of the three dimensional finite element model, a simplified model method based on the idea of thermal circuit was presented, and it was realized using the Icepak module of Ansys.By comparing with the fine model, the computational efficiency of the simplified model was obviously improved.As for the products of relay in market, by comparing the fine model and simplified model simulation results, the error is less than 2%, which can meet the requirements of the actual project.关键词
