摘要
Abstract
This paper offered an optimized cluster algorithm, and the typical power characteristics were investigated by the power load curve at the demand-side.The power load classification was determined to analyze the power characteristics and power load structure.Based on the TOU price study and the emission reduction strategy, the typical user TOU price optimization model was established, and the optimization function and constraints are determined.Also, the genetic algorithm was applied to calculate the period division and TOU price rate.Based on the emission reduction and indicator calculation results, the effectiveness and correctness are verified.关键词
