摘要

Abstract

Data source-side maintenance is the basis for integrated construction and standardized operation of electric power automatic system as well as an important way to avoid repeated transmission of data and improve integration level of the automatic system.This paper uses IEC 61850 dynamic dataset technology for substation data source-side maintenance and to establish a uniform data model for multi-service of the station at factory station side.On the basis of producing substation configuration description (SCD) file,it constructs shared common information model (CIM) file for the master station and substation,and provides reference files reflecting mapping relationship between those two kinds of files and scalable vector graphics (SVG) file reflecting system connection diagram.Based on EIC 61850 file transmission and dynamic dataset,this model can realize process of file transmission and subscription/publish,simplify middle mapping and maintenance,and effectively improve source-side maintenance efficiency.This technology has been applied and implemented in intelligent substations of Guangdong power grid.
