摘要

Abstract

As a potential alternative gas of SF6,CF3I is focused on.We calculated the electron energy distribution function (EEDF),normalized effective ionization coefficient,and critical reduced electric field of CF3I ternary gas mixtures by using two-term approximate Boltzmann equation.Meanwhile,we analyzed the synergetic effect of gas mixtures.The results show that the addition of buffer gas such as N2 or CO2 in CF3I ternary gas mixtures helps to increase the number of electron in low energy and leads to the synergetic effect.Moreover,the synergetic effect exists in CF3I/N2 or CF3I/CO2 mixtures,while it has not been seen in CF3I/CF4.However,CF3I/SF6 mixture shows slight negative synergetic effect.
