深圳市中学生生殖健康知识现状调查及研究
Study on the current situation of reproductive health knowledge of junior high school students

Abstract
Objective To understand the current situation and sources of reproductive health knowledge of junior high school students in Shenzhen City and to provide basis for adolescent reproductive health education .Methods Totally 1029 junior high school students in Shenzhen City chosen by random cluster sampling method were surveyed using questionnaire to understand the current situation and sources of reproductive health knowledge .Results Among 1029 students , most of them contacting sex education for the first time was in their teens.Awareness of common reproductive health questions was 66.18%.Their awareness of menstruation , seminal emission and sexual impulse was 83.09%, 76.38%and 82.80%, respectively.There were 39.46%males and 74.26%females preferring group activities in heterosexual communication, and the difference was statistical significant (χ2 =125.37, P <0.05).There were 60.06% students supporting dating in junior high school .Among surveyed students , 54.42%of them would consider to accept dating relationship if he /she was proposed, among whom males were more than females .The difference was statistical significant (χ2 =12.33, P<0.05).Schools, internet films and classmates or friends were the main sources of sex knowledge .Boys and girls had different emphasis .There were 36.08%girls getting to know about sex knowledge from their parents , but there were only 16.76% boys obtaining sex knowledge from parents.Conclusion Junior high school students in Shenzhen City have high awareness of reproductive health knowledge , but puppy love commonly exists .Resource of getting sex knowledge is various .Family education has very low rate .关键词
