沙格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病伴非酒精性脂肪肝的临床效果
Clinical efficacy of saxagliptin combined with metformin for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with non-alcoholic fatty liver

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of saxagliptin combined with metformin for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) complicated with non-alcoholic fatty liver(NAFLD).Methods A total of 116 patients with T2DM and NAFLD were divided into observation group or control group using random number table,with 58 cases in each group.The control group was orally administrated with metformin,and the observation group was orally administrated with saxagliptin and metformin .Indices were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 6 months of treatment,including blood glucose,liver function,blood lipid,and therapeutic efficacy of NAFLD.Results After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,total cholesterol and triglyceride declined in both groups , and the indices above of the observation group were lower compared to the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of aspartate aminotransferase ,alanine aminotransferase and gamma glutamyl transpeptidase declined in both groups(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).The total therapeutic effective rate for NAFLD in the observation group was higher than that in the control group [77.6%(45/58) vs.27.6%(16/58),P<0.05]. Conclusion Saxagliptin combined with metformin is an effective therapy for patients with T 2DM complicated with NAFLD .关键词
