Influenec of interventional embolization with gemcitabine and lobaplatin on therapeutic efficacy and immune-inflammatory factors levels in patients with locally advanced cervical cancer

Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of interventional embolization with gemcitabine and lobaplatin on the therapeutic efficacy and immune-inflammatory factors levels in patients with locally advanced cervical cancer .Meth ods A total of 72 patients with locally advanced cervical cancer were enrolled and divided into intravenous infusion with gemcitabine and lobaplatin group ( control group ) or interventional embolization with gemcitabine and lobaplatin group ( intervention group ) ,with 36 cases in each group .The short-erm and long -term clinical efficacy was compared between both groups .The immune-inflammation factors levels of patients were detected by flow cytometry and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay .Results The therapeutic effective rate ,score of the quality of life scale ,survival time and 2-year survival rate in the intervention group were significantly higher or longer than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, interleukin-10 levels significantly increased and the levels of T helper cell(Th)1,Th2,Th1/Th2,transforming growth factor-β,interferon-γ,and tumor necrosis factor-αsignificantly decreased in both groups(P<0.05),and the improvement of the indicators above in the intervention group were significantly superior to those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Interventional embolization with gemcitabine and lobaplatin can significantly improve the short-term and long-term clinical efficacy of patients with locally advanced cervical cancer ,and the efficacy may be associated with the improvement of the immune-inflammatory state.关键词
