实验犬脑出血死亡后高场强MRI征象分析
The MRI Feature Analysis of Dog's Brain after Death because of Cerebral Hemorrhage
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate MRI features and changes with time after death because of brain injury.Methods 24 dogs were randomly divided into control group (12 dogs) and Experimental group (12 dogs).The control group was killed after deep anesthesia and the Experimental group died of cerebral injury and hemorrhage after the heads were hit by imitating the mechanical forces.The dogs' heads were examined by MRI at different points (1h,2h,3h,6h,12h,36h,60h and 84h after death).The signal changes of T1WI and T2WI in the two groups were compared.Results The hematoma signal of T1WI and T2WI were changed with time after cerebral hemorrhage and the signal of T1WI and T2WI in the control group had no significant changes.The difference between the two groups was correlative (P<0.01).Conclusion The hematoma signal changes of T1WI and T2WI were regular with time after cerebral injury and hemorrhage.The hematoma imaging examination can be used to estimate the death time after cerebral injury and hemorrhage to provide clues and evidence for forensic clinical practice.关键词
