富硒地龙对大鼠骨折愈合中骨形态发生蛋白-7表达影响的实验研究
Effects of Se-enriched Lumbricus on the Expression of BMP-7 in Healing of Rats Fracture
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the effects of se-enriched lumbricus on the expression of BMP-7 in healing of rats fracture by oral se-enriched lumbricus aqueous solution.Methods 48 healthy SD rats were treated with Kirschner wire internal fixation after cutting off the left femur,and the left femoral fracture model was made.The 48 rats randomly were divided into treatment group(se-enriched lumbricus group) and control group(saline group),24 cases in each group.The selenium-rich lumbricus group was treated by the method of taking oral se-enriched lumbricus aqueous solution according to the standard dosage while the saline group took the same dose of saline.All rats were killed after 2 weeks,4 weeks and 6 weeks and were observed by X-ray.The left femoral bone with decalcification,paraffin section and staining HE was observed by ordinary light microscope.The expression of BMP-7 was detected by immunohistochemistry.The data were analyzed and processed by SPSS 20.0.Results The therapy effects of the se-enriched lumbricus group were better than those of the saline group.Conclusion The oral se-enriched lumbricus dry powder could promote the healing of fracture in SD rats.关键词
