Abstract
Objective To study the influence of systolic blood pressure variation coefficient on left heart structure.Methods 36 patients with primary hypertension (EH) were selected and their ambulatory blood pressure was monitored within 24 hours.They were divided into Group A (low coefficient of variation) and Group B (high coefficient of variation).The LAD,LVIDD,IVST and LVPWT were compared in the two groups.Results The 24h systolic blood pressure variation coefficient of the Group A was 0.087±0.017 and the B group was 0.144±0.035.The LAD of the Group B was higher than that of the Group A (P<0.05) and the LVIDD,IVST and LVPWT in the two groups had no statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion when there is no left ventricle hypertrophy for the patients with high blood pressure,the left atrium diameters will increases.The greater the 24h systolic pressure variation is,the greater the LAD will be.关键词
