Abstract
Objective To research the relationship between cardiovascular disease and serum homocysteine (Hcy) of Hui patients in mountainous areas of southern Ningxia.Methods 70 patients with cardiovascular disease were selected as Experimental Group (including 34 patients with angina and 36 patients with myocardial infarction).The Normal Group had 60 healthy old patients.The Hcy level in the two groups was detected by Beckman AU5800 biochemical analyzer.The results were compared and analyzed.Results The Hcy level of the Experimental Group was significantly higher than that of the Normal Group(P<0.05).The rate of Hyperhomocysteinemia in the Experimental Group was significantly higher than that in the Normal Group(P<0.05).Conclusion The high level of serum Hcy is associated with cardiovascular diseases,and it is one of the independent risk factors for coronary heart disease.关键词
