糖化血红蛋白水平与妊娠期糖尿病并发症相关性研究

Abstract
Objective To study the correlation between Glycosylated Hemoglobin (HbA1C) level and Gestational Diabetes Mellitus (GDM) complications.Methods 90 patients with GDM were divided into Group A (HbA1C<6%),Group B (6%≤HbA1C<7%) and Group C (HbA1C≥7%),according to the HbA1C levels.The pregnancy complications and pregnancy outcomes were compared in the three groups.Results The incidence rate of complications (including hydramnios,premature rupture of membranes,hypertension of pregnancy and postpartum infection) in the Group A was lower than that of the Group B and Group C and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The rates of macrosomia,premature,neonatal hypoglycemia and intrauterine fetal distress in the Group A were lower than those in the Group B and Group C and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The scores of postpartum fatigue,depression and anxiety in the Group A were lower than those in the Group B and Group C and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The HbA1C level would affect the complications of GDM patients,pregnancy outcome and maternal prognosis.关键词
