双波法测定烟草淀粉组分含量的前处理改进
Improving the pretreatment of determination of the tobacco starch components by dual wavelength spectrophotometry

Abstract
To improve the pretreatment of determination of the tobacco starch components by dual wavelength spectrophotometry,we referenced the measurement methods of other crops and considered its specific source,and used Soxhlet extraction System to remove the fat,pigmentum,sugars and other substances that affect the determination of starch components,then determined the starch component content in the samples.The results showed that the relative standard deviation of the repeated test of the sample from the improved pretreatment is small and the stability of the sample solution is good.The recovery rate of added mylose was 103.71%.The improved pretreatment program is simple,and easy to operate,and the new method can be applied for analyzing plentiful samples due to its accuracy and rapidness.关键词
