Effect of different picking times and processing methods on quality of Chrysanthemum morifolium ‘Xiaoyangju'
摘要
Abstract
The effects of different picking times and processing methods on the introduced to Henan were studied,and the inner quality of the C.morifolium cultivated in Henan were researched.The re sults showed that there were obvious significance in the main effective constituent of C.morifolium by picking times and processing methods.The contents of chlorogenic acid,luteoloside,and 3,5-O-dicaffeoyl quinic acid of the 4 periods of flowers have all reached the minimum standards prescribed in CH.P(2015).The processing method had a greater influence on the quality of C.morifolium ‘ Hangju',and steamed green drying is better than that of baked green drying.The quality in the first time of flow ers is the best,and that of the fourth time of flowers is the worst.关键词
